*QUETTA – At least three people including a tribal leader and his two guards were martyred in an explosion near Qila Abdullah’s Spina Gundi area on Wednesday.*
According to security officials, the blast took place near the car of the tribal elder in Gulistan area of Chaman, killing three people including tribal leader Wali Khan Achakzai on the spot.
Following to the blast, the security personnel reached on the blast site and cordoned off the area. It was reported that the blast completely damaged the vehicle.
The bodies were shifted to local hospital for postmortem. Meanwhile, the security agencies started the investigation regarding the incident.
Earlier today, at least 10 people, including three policemen, were martyred while 25 others injured in a suicide attack on a* police van outside Data Darbar* link .
The martyred policemen include Muhammad Sohail, Shahid Nazir and Muhammad Saleem.
Muhammad Sadam Hussain, Gulzar Ali, Muhammad Ijazul Haq and Muhammad Kamran are among the injured police officers.
