PM Imran Khan met team Drillis Ertugrul in Islamabad

Dirilis: Ertugrul link team lead by Kemal Tekden met with Prime Minister Imran Khan to discuss in the detail the proposed television series based on the role of renowned Sub-continent personality Turk Lala in the Khilafat Movement.
Imran Khan during the meeting appreciated the historical Turkish drama series Dirilis: Ertugrul and urged the Pakistani media to come up with such projects as Ertugrul.
“Pakistani film and drama industry should work for the promotion of local culture,” said PM Khan.
“Efforts should be made to foil the designs of propaganda mongers by producing films and dramas on that golden era,” he added.
