According to the details, in one of his interviews, Shahid Khan Afridi said that Iftikhar Ahmed was a fan of Misbah-ul-Haq earlier, so he used to play a lot of dot balls, but with time, Iftikhar improved himself a lot, now he also bowls and bats.
He said that if the team ever needed a middle-order batsman, Iftikhar is a ready player who is also experienced.
