A new Supreme Court bench has been constituted by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa to hear the Asghar Khan implementation case.
A three member bench headed by Justice Gulzar Ahmed will hear the case on 11th February.
Earlier, former Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar was heading the bench.
Previously, the federal investigation agency had requested the apex court to close down the case since investigation is getting nowhere.
Heirs of the main petitioner, air marshal retired Asghar opposed any suggestion to shut down the matter.
