ISLAMABAD - A three-day China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Cultural Caravan grand exhibition would be held in Islamabad at Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) from February 24.
An official of PNCA told APP that grand art exhibition aimed to project the paintings, drawings and art work produced by artists of CPEC cultural caravan.
Besides, a series of books and research reports was also part of the Caravan to document, preserve and promote the cultural and artistic expressions of the diverse communities around the Silk Route/CPEC, which are under publication.
The professional photographers and artists of Pakistan and China would exhibit their artwork they captured during the CPEC Cultural Caravan journey.Besides a series of short films and documentaries by filmmakers each dedicated to one of the city on the CPEC route, would be screened, showing historical background, contemporary relevance, culture, history, tourist attractions and monuments.
The senior officials of Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage and Embassy of China would participate in the exhibition. - APP
