GDA announces unconditional support to PTI

KARACHI – Grand Democratic Alliance has assured unconditional support to PTI in the government-formation process at Centre.

The assurance came during a meeting between a delegation of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) and leaders of Grand Democratic Alliance led by Pir Pagara was held at Kingri House in Karachi to discuss process of formation of government and role of opposition in Sindh Assembly.

Delegation of the PTI was led by Jehangir Khan Tareen and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. GDA delegation led by Pir Pagara, included Ex-Speaker National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza, Syed Ghaus Ali Shah, Dr Zulfiqar Mirza and others.

Earlier, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary on Thursday claimed that the PTI’s seats in National Assembly has become over 180 after the support of Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-Mengal).

In his tweet, the PTI and allied parties have crossed 180 number in NA after the BNP-Mengal support to form government in the centre.

Chief Akhtar Mengal said that the sole aim of holding meeting in Quetta was to aware what issues people of the province are facing. “We have presented our points in front of various political parties on different forums and without these points, we cannot solve the issues of the province.”
