LAHORE – Accountability court on Tuesday has declared PML-N presidentShehbaz Sharif’s wife Nusrat Shahbaz as proclaimed offender in moneylaundering case.

Judge Jawadul Hassan extended judicial remand of Shehbaz and his son HamzaShehbaz until December 12. The court observed that Nusrat Shehbaz wasrepeatedly summoned but she didn’t turn up.

During the hearing, the judge said the 30-day deadline that was given toNusrat Shahbaz to appear before the court has expired.

Accused have to present arguments on the testimonies of NationalAccountability Bureau’s (NAB) witnesses by themselves now, the judgeremarked.

on the occasion, Shehbaz Sharif complained to judge that he is not beingprovided with medical facilities despite the fact that he is a cancerpatient.

The judge said the court had ordered for a physiotherapist to be providedto the PML-N leader to tend him, to which Shehbaz said the court’s orderwas not complied with.
