Three new judges appointed in Supreme Court of Pakistan

After being elevated as judges of the Supreme Court (SC), three new judgeswill take oath on November 11 (Friday).

President Arif Hussain Alvi on Wednesday signed the summary recommending toelevate three judges to the Supreme Court under Article 175A of theConstitution including Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Shahid Waheed, andJustice Syed Azhar Rizvi.

According to the Federal law Ministry, the judges of the apex court besidesIslamabad High Court’s new chief justice Amir Farooq will take the oath ofoffice on November 11 (Friday).
