Supreme Court Bar Association rejects FIR of assassination attempt case against Imran Khan

Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Wednesday termed the FIR of theWazirabad incident illegal.

The SCBA demanded the government to register the FIR according to thewishes of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan as theplaintiff.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the SCBA said that the Supreme Courthas already given orders to file an FIR according to the plaintiff’s will.

The SCBA said that it has already condemned the assassination attempt ofImran Khan.

The SCBA said the registration of an FIR without the consent of thecomplainant is against the law.

The SCBA urged the government that the FIR should be registered accordingto Imran Khan’s wish.
