ISLAMABAD – Sikh community has lauded Pakistan’s decision to open Kartarpurcorridor, allowing visa free entry for people from India to visit one oftheir holiest place.
Talking to Radio Pakistan’s News and Current and Affairs Channel today,US based Sikh businessman Jatindar Singh Randhawa appreciated Pakistangovernment for protecting and preserving the old structure of the shrine atKartarpur while undertaking construction and expansion work.
He said about one million Sikh people live in the United States and theyall are very happy over the initiative taken by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
He said a number of people from the United Sates are planning to visitKartarpur on opening day of the corridor.
