Work on the construction of eighty-one kilometer long Swat Motorway is in full swing.

Official sources told Radio Pakistan Peshawar Correspondent that the project will be completed at a cost of forty-one billion rupees with the financial assistance of Asian Development Bank.

The Motorway will be completed by the end of next year.

It will be linked with Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway at Karnal Sher Khan Interchange near Swabi.

The motorway on completion, will boost tourism, trade and economic activities in Malakand division.
