RAWALPINDI – A High level US Military delegation held important meetingwith Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javaid Bajwa in GHQ.
A high-level US military delegation led by United States Central Command(CENTCOM) Commander General Kenneth F McKenzie Jr called on Chief of ArmyStaff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday to discuss regional peace.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), both leaders discussedthe situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir and Afghanistan.
One on One meeting between military leaders was followed by delegationlevel talks at GHQ that also discussed geo strategic environment andregional security situation.

The meeting comes in the wake of US President Donald Trump’s surprise moveto cancel peace talks with the Afghan Taliban.
