ISLAMABAD – PM Imran Khan has emphasized upon the need for greatercoordination between Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and NationalAccountability Bureau (NAB) to fight white collar crimes and other corruptpractices.

While speaking at a briefing on the Ministry of Interior and its attacheddepartments in Islamabad, the prime minister said that curbing corruptionand retrieving wealth of the country, amassed through illegal means andlaundered abroad are among the biggest challenges for the government.

He said that every effort will be made to accomplish these goals besidesputting in place a robust system against such malpractices in future.

Imran Khan directed Ministry of Interior to play its due role moreeffectively towards ensuring service delivery and improving overallsecurity situation in the country.
