Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed April 12 to hear thepresidential reference regarding lifetime disqualification deviant PTI MNAs.
A five-member large bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial willhear the case on April 12.
President Dr Arif Alvi had filed a reference in the Supreme Court seekingaction against the deviant members.
The ruling PTI — on behalf of the party chairman Imran Khan — submitted areference against 20 deviant members to National Assembly Speaker AsadQaiser as they aim to get the dissident party members unseated.
