*ISLAMABAD: **Nawaz Sharif gets a good news from Islamabad High Court onTuesday.*
*The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday granted a request by formerprime minister Nawaz Sharif for exemption from personal appearance duringhearing of his appeal against conviction in the Al-Azizia reference.*
Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani took up anapplication filed by the PML-N supreme leader seeking exemption frompersonal appearance.
The hearing of the appeal was adjourned for two weeks.
Sharif stated in his application that the Supreme Court granted himsix-week bail to undergo treatment. He said he is being examined at theSharif Medical City hospital.

The applicant said he has to undergo multiple tests on a daily basis andtherefore, he may be granted exemption from personal appearance during thehearing of the appeal.
Sharif was released from Kot Lakhpat Jail last month after the SupremeCourt granted him bail for six weeks to obtain medical treatment.
