The dark mode will benefit users as their Whatsapp would not flash brightwhite light while opening messages in dim conditions, and potentiallydraining less battery life as a result.
WhatsApp’s dark theme isn’t pitch black like some other apps. Instead, theWhatsApp developers have decided to opt for a color scheme that both alignswith the overall Android system theme and reduces eye strain.
