KP government launches yet another initiative for Tribal Youth

PESHAWAR – Spokesman of the provincial government Ajmal Wazir hereWednesday said that job opportunities would be created for youth of mergeddistricts in interest-free loans would be given to start their own business.

Addressing a youth convention on merged districts at a local hotel, he saidthat 70 year old sense of deprivation would be removed by bringing themerged districts at par with other parts of the country.

The spokesman said that age and education relaxation would be given toyouth of merged districtsin jobs and nobody would be removed from services rather action would begiven against habitual absentees.

Ajmal Wazir said that the provincial government has planned variouscultural and sporting events in tribal districts adding sports stadiumwould be built in every Teshil with an aim to provide sporting andentertainment facilities to youth. He advised youth to concentrate on theirstudies and extracurricular activities in order to prepare themselves forfuture challenges.

The spokesman said that erstwhile, the FATA merger was a big step and asper vision of Prime MinisterImran Khan, all basic rights would be ensured in merged districts, addingthat under the NFC awards, billions of rupees would be spent on developmentand improvement in infrastructure including better health and educationfacilities along with new recruitments in education, health and othersectors.

He said the hospitals in the merged districts would be upgraded withprovision of news diagnostic equipment to provide health facilities to thepeople of area at their door-step.

He said that on the directives of Prime Minister, special attention isbeing given to merged districts and provincial ministers and Chief Ministerwere visiting these areas to listen the grievances of people and inspectvarious department.
