PCB, ICC congratulate umpire Aleem Dar on completing 200 ODIs

Renowned Pakistani umpire Aleem Dar has reached the milestone of officiating 200 ODI matches.
The milestone was achieved on Tuesday when Aleem Dar took to umpire the One Day International match between West Indies and Bangladesh in Dublin.
The Pakistan Cricket Board and International Cricket Council congratulated Aleem Dar on the achievement.
PCB Managing Director, Wasim Khan, said the feat is testament to Aleem’s skill, judgement and commitment to excellence.
He added that Aleem stands as one of the most respected and admired umpires in the world.
The Managing Director said Aleem is a role model and as a nation, we are proud of his achievements.
The International Cricket Council also took to twitter and congratulated Aleem Dar.
Aleem Dar has so far umpired in 125 Tests and is three short of Steve Bucknor’s record of 128 Tests. He is also on the top in T20 Internationals with 43 matches.
Expressing his joy over the achievement, Aleem Dar said he feels honoured to have reached 200 ODIs.
