ISLAMABAD – PEMRA Chief Absar Alam has bursted out at the treatment met out to the organisation and its staff in a press conference.
PEMRA chief Absar Alam has said that his family faces a threat and now it has become difficult for him to do work.
Addressing a press conference on Monday, he said that court issues a stay order whenever he takes an action.
Absar Alam said that the PEMRA should be shut if powers are not being given to him.
“Some people are hurling threats to PEMRA employees,” he maintained.
He appealed to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar.
