In Punjab, different cities including Lahore, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Kasur and Hafizabad are in the grip of intense fog.
Lahore, Gojra and Faisalabad motorways have been closed for traffic due to dense fog. The motorway section between Kot Momin and Pindi Bhattian has also been closed.
The motorway police has asked the commuters to avoid unnecessary travel. They have also been asked to contact the helpline 130 before setting out for journey.
