The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan visited Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi on Friday to pay his respects to the father of the nation.
He laid floral wreath on the tomb, offered fateha and recorded his impressions in the book of visitors.
Later, talking to media at the Mazar Sadiq Khan said he is proud of his Pakistani background.
He said Britain and Pakistan have cordial relations and hoped that these relations will be further improved in future.
He said London is open for all whether you want to study, do business or spend your holidays.
