KARCHI: The controversy surrounding the enforced disappearance of the close aides of ex President Asif Ali Zardari seems to be coming to a logical end as at least one of his close aide Ghulam Qadir Mari has been located.
Ghulam Qadir Mari, a close aide of former president Asif Ali Zardari has been arrested by National Accountability Bureau (NAB), sources said on Saturday.
At least three close aides of Asif Ali Zardari went missing during the last one week.
The mysterious disappearances has caused a stir in political circles of Sindh. However, sources told that PPP leaders Ghulam Qadir Mari has been arrested by NAB.
Following the disappearance of Ashfaq Ledhari and Nawab Leghari, Ghulam Qadir Mari mysteriously went missing from Jamshoro while going from Karachi to Tando Allahyar. However, his car was recovered from Jamshoro area.
