*ISLAMABAD – **Jamaat-ud-Dawa Chief Hafiz Saeed lands in trouble from theanti terrorism court.*
*An anti-terrorism court of Lahore has set the date of December 11 toindict Hafiz Saeed, chief of the outlawed Jamaat-ud-Dawa organisation, inthe illegal funding case against him and others.*
Judge Arshad Hussain conducted hearing of the case Saturday. Officialsproduced Saeed before the court.
But a co-accused, Malik Zafar Iqbal, could not be presented before thecourt.
Deputy Prosecutor General Abdur Rauf Wattoo informed the court that Saeedwas to be indicted on today.
However, the court directed officials present the JuD chief and otheraccused on December 11 for their indictment in the case.
At the last hearing, Saeed and other accused had been provided copies ofchallan filed against them.
