Gulalai Ismail involved in anti Pakistan activities abroad, ISI reveals in IHC

ISLAMABAD – Social activist Gulalai Ismail has been involved in anti stateactivities abroad, it has been revealed.

The Ministry of Interior on Tuesday informed the Islamabad High Court(IHC) that the name of human rights activist Gulalai Ismail had been placedon the Exit Control List (ECL) on the recommendation of the Inter-ServicesIntelligence (ISI).

Spy agency recommended putting Ms Ismail’s name on the ECL for her allegedanti-state activities abroad.

The court was hearing a petition filed by Ms Ismail seeking removal of hername from the ECL.
