Jan Achakzai, the Caretaker Information Minister of Balochistan, expressedstrong disapproval of the statement made by Mullah Yaqboob, the DefenceMinister of the Interim Afghan Government.
Achakzai conveyed his disagreement with Yaqboob’s statement in a videomessage on X, asserting that Yaqboob’s call for support from religious andpolitical leaders in Pakistan amounted to interference in Pakistan’sinternal affairs.
Achakzai emphasized that Pakistan possesses the sovereign right to expelindividuals, including those from Afghanistan, if it deems such actionnecessary.

He made it clear that Pakistan would not yield to external pressure orinfluence and that, in alignment with the federal government’s directives,the Balochistan government would take the requisite measures to repatriateAfghan refugees within the next 26 days.
