ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry faces a setback as hisdisqualification case as been fixed for hearing.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed case seeking disqualification ofFederal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry for hearing onOctober 9.
According to details, court’s registrar office has issued a cause list asper which, Justice Athar Minullah will hear the case. A notice has alsobeen sent to Fawad Chaudhry and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
