LAHORE – Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is back in active politics andhas started to take the party affairs back in his own hands particularlyafter the surprise arrest of PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif on Monday is chairing meeting of Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Central Executive Committee (CEC) to devise itsfuture course of action in the wake of arrest of its party presidentShehbaz Sharif.
According to details, Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi,Khawaja Saad Rafique, Hamza Shahbaz and ex-speaker of National Assembly(NA) Ayaz Sadiq are attending the meeting.
Earlier, Nawaz Sharif met Shahbaz Sharif in National AccountabilityBureau’s (NAB) Lahore office to discuss future strategy.
