Russia makes big investment offers to Pakistan

Russia has expressed a strong desire to enhance its collaborative effortswith Pakistan within the energy sector. This announcement came to lightduring a meeting between Russia’s Energy Minister, Nikolay Shulginov, andPakistan’s outgoing ambassador, Shafqat Ali Khan, marking the conclusion ofKhan’s diplomatic tenure in Russia.
