Gold prices in Pakistan continue to drop for the fourth consecutive day

On Friday, the price of 24 karat gold per tola witnessed a decline of Rs4,000, with the new selling price being Rs 212,500. This marked a decreasefrom its previous rate of Rs 216,500 on the preceding day.

Similarly, the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also experienced areduction, falling by Rs 3,430 to Rs 182,184 from its earlier price of Rs185,614. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold dropped to Rs167,002 from Rs 170,146, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa JewellersAssociation.

In contrast, the prices for one tola and 10 grams of silver remainedunchanged at Rs 2,650 and Rs 2,271.94, respectively.

Additionally, according to the association, the international market saw aminor increase in the price of gold, rising by $2 to reach $1,923 from theprevious value of $1,921.
