*LAHORE – Records worth billion of Rupees of corruption related to the SaafPani company scam were burnt in the blaze which erupted in aresidential-cum-commercial building in Lahore*.
The building affected by fire was owned by former chief minister PunjabMian Shehbaz Sharif’s son-in-law Ali Imran and housed one of the offices ofhis company named Ali Trade Company.
Sources say the record of agreements between Ali Trade Company and SaafPani Company was kept in the same office.
Imran Ali Yousaf was also investigated by National Accountability Bureaufor renting out an office in this plaza the government-owned company onexorbitant rates.
