ISLAMABAD – Saudi Information Minister Dr Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad has saidPakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy strong fraternal relationship and now wouldwork to enhance ties in the field of media as well.

Speaking at a function hosted by Minister for Information and BroadcastingChaudhry Fawad Hussain in Islamabad today, he said Pakistan is like asecond home to him and both the countries had solidified their relationshipduring the last six decades.

The Saudi Minister said the two countries had established strongrelationship at government to government level and now they should buildpeople to people contacts. He said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia had a uniqueand special relationship that was getting stronger with the passage of time.

He said people of Saudi Arabia want to know more about the Pakistaniculture, films and cinema and arrangements are being made to show Pakistanidramas in Saudi Arabia.
