Diamer Bhasha Dam fund: PM Imran Khan takes yet another initiative

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan will pay a visit to Karachi onSeptember 16. He will chair a fundraising program for Bhasha Dam at theGovernor House. The Governor Sindh Imran Ismail has been assigned toorganize the event.

The prime minister will also chair a meeting regarding the securitysituation and development projects under development in the city.

In the general election 2018, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) emerged as thelargest party of Karachi and won 14 National Assembly seats out of total21. The prime minister himself got victory in NA-243 constituency.
