*ISLAMABAD – Indian High Commissioner (HC) Ajay Bisaria left Islamabad forLahore en route his homeland via Wagah Border on Thursday.*
He is leaving Pakistan after the National Security Committee (NSC) decidedto expel him.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan ordered Indian highcommissioner to leave the country and called back Pakistan deputy highcommissioner from India after abrogating the special status of Indian HeldJammu Kashmir by India.
Bisaria will leave for India through Wagah border. He remained Indian HC toPakistan for 19 months and 25 days.
Moreover, Pakistan will not send Pakistan high commissioner-designate toIndia.
Meanwhile, Pakistan summoned Indian deputy high commissioner to ForeignOffice and informed him about the decision to expel Indian HighCommissioner Ajay Bisaria from the country.
“It is very obvious that our ambassador wouldn’t be in Delhi, and obviouslythe man who is here will also leave,” Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshisaid in an interview with a private TV channel.
The decision was made during a meeting of the National Security Committee(NSC). According to the declaration, the National Security Committeediscussed situation arising out of unilateral and illegal actions by theIndian government, situation inside Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir andalong LOC.
