BANNU: A day after his convoy was attack, Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal leaderMalik Shereen nominated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s Malik ShahMuhammad Khan in the FIR on Sunday.
The MMA candidate for PK-89 has blamed Malik Shah and his brother MalikGulbaz Khan for Saturday’s IED blast in Bannu that left eight peopleinjured, including a Frontier Constabulary worker. The FIR includes chargesof terrorism. Where Shah has previously served as a provincial minister,Gulbaz is a district member of PTI.
Malik Shereen’s convoy was attacked when it was passing through the TakhtiKhel area in the PK-89 constituency as part of the election campaign.Initial reports revealed the explosives were planted on a motorcycle whichexploded in the path of the convoy.
