ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Friday said foreignforces wanted to impose their narrative in Pakistan, however, they would bedefeated.
Sheikh Rashid said it was not a matter of win or loss, but the case hadexposed all the forces. A conspiracy was being hatched to place dirtybricks into the castle of power, he said. He said now masalay walas andmaqsooq chaprasi would come to Pakistan.
“We will not surrender our weapons. The country cannot be run with thieves.We will fight till the last breathe against robbers and thieves. The lastoption that we have is resignations,” he said.
He said a wave of disappointment had triggered among the masses with theverdict of the Supreme Court in the case about dissolution of the NationalAssembly and ruling of the NA deputy speaker.

“The nation knows everything that how and who did this all,” he said addingthat he knew about the situation therefore he was asking three months agoto hold elections again. Three months ago, he asked the ruling party tosubmit resignations and dissolve assemblies, he maintained.
In a landmark judgment, the top court on April 7 termed the deputyspeaker’s ruling conflicting to the constitution and restored the dissolvedNational Assembly.
