*The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has struck down the Prevention ofElectronic Crimes (amendment) Ordinance, 2022 , declaring itunconstitutional. *
The court also order the secretary interior to complete the investigationagainst the officer of Cyber Wing of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) whohave accused of misusing their powers within 30 days.
The government could not present any reasonable argument for introducingsuch an ordinance.
