NEW DELHI – Indian Supreme Court, in its judgement on Friday, ordered aformal mediation in the Babri Masjid case.
A five-judge bench led by Chief Justice of India formed a three-memberpanel to meet all the petitioners in the case.
The Supreme Court also allowed the mediators to induct more members in thecommittee.
The Chief Justice of India said mediation proceedings will remainconfidential and there would be no reporting in media.
