LAHORE – Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique is in hotwaters over the issue of the Paragon Housing Society case head in SupremeCourt.
The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday summoned Federal Minister for RailwaysKhawaja Saad Rafique on March 10 in a suo motu case pertaining to LDA City.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice ofPakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar was hearing suo motu casepertaining to LDA City at the apex court’s Lahore registry.
During the proceedings, the court ordered Khawaja Saad Rafique to appear onMarch 10 in connection with Paragon City issue.
The court also summoned Investigation Officer of the NationalAccountability Bureau (NAB).
