According to international news agencies, Sachithra Senanayake, a former Sri Lankan cricketer, has been arrested on charges of match-fixing and involving fellow players.
It was also reported that in the Lanka Premier League 2020, Senanayake is accused of attempting match-fixing, leading to his arrest by the Sri Lankan police, and he will be presented in court within the next 24 hours.
