Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar says bench and bar are integral parts of the judicial system, and both of them should address legal needs and expectations of litigant parties by providing speedy justice to them.
He was talking to members of the outgoing and newly elected Supreme Court Bar Association in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Chief Justice said for the cause of administration of justice, role of bar is very crucial, and without cooperation of bar, goal of dispensation of justice cannot be fulfilled.
