Prime Minister Imran Khan would lay the foundation stone of Mother and Child Hospital in Rawalpindi on Friday.
The 200 bed international hospital is being constructed at a cost of six billion rupees.
The hospital is being equipped with modern facilities for patients.
The work on this project remained shelved since 2005 due to change in governments.
Meanwhile, Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed met Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar in Islamabad today and invited him to attend the stone laying ceremony of the Hospital.
