ISALAMABAD: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said Overseas Pakistanis Commission is providing valuable service to the foreign-based Pakistanis.
He said this in a meeting with Mayor of Slough city of Britain Ishrat Naz Shah in Lahore on Friday.
Shahbaz Sharif said overseas Pakistanis are ambassadors of the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Ishrat Naz Shah said good governance and development of the Punjab is the role model for the other provinces of Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore today. They discussed matters of mutual interest as well as political situation in the country.
On this occasion, Shahbaz Sharif said to ensure national development and prosperity, everyone will have to work collectively.
He said Pakistan Muslim League-N fully believes in the development agenda aiming at public welfare and elimination of terrorism as well as energy crisis are the result of untiring efforts of PML-N government.
Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair appreciated the efforts of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for overcoming the energy crisis.
