LAHORE – Lahore High court has dismissed Lollywood star Meera Jee’s appealof debunking her Nikkahnama with businessman Attique-Ur-Rehman due to herlawyer’s failure to show up for clearing up the matter.
The *Kasak* movie star had stated in the media that hermarriage certificate with Rehman is absolutely false and she didn’t marryto him long ago. Furthermore, she had revealed about being blackmailed andgetting threats also.
The actor filed an appeal at a Lahore sessions court earlier this monththat challenged the family court’s May 2018 decision declaring her marriageto Attique-ur-Rehman valid and their nikkahnama original despite the actorclaiming the document was forged.

However, the sessions court dismissed the appeal on Tuesday due to theabsence of *Nazar* movie star lawyer to show up for the proceeding. WhereasRehman’s lawyer, who was present at the proceeding, reiterated his client’sclaim that Meera is his lawful wife.
