ISLAMABAD: Cricket fans hailed the performance of Captain of National cricket team Sarfraz Ahmad in recent T20 series and demanded Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to let him continue his captainship till the World Cup.
Talking to a private news channel, cricket lovers expressed the views saying that his performance and commitment with his work shows that he deserves the captaincy as under his leadership team’s moral remained marvelous.
Abid Ali, a cricket lover, said that Sarfraz led from the front and all his efforts have been proved to be result oriented.
He is playing with excellent momentum and leading his team very efficiently adding the fact that he had won the 11 series of T20 should be evident for the continuation of his captainship.
Another fan said he has built a team with excellent combination and chemistry. “We can see the bowling , batting and fielding synchronization within the team, on and off field”, he added.
Ex-test cricketer Basit Ali said that PCB must put its trust in Safraz as support from the board will have positive results on the team’s performance.

However, Sarfraz ahmad was of the view that up and down in performance is part of the game and he always steps into the field with mindset of victory.
Sarfraz Ahmed said Pakistan’s record-breaking streak in Twenty20 cricket is testament to the hard work put in by his players.
He said cricket board is the final authority that will decide the Captain for One Day Internationals (ODIs).
