The Lahore High Court (LHC) has scheduled hearings for two bail pleassubmitted by Khadija Shah, a PTI worker, in connection with vandalismcases. The LHC’s Registrar’s office issued a cause list over the weekend,outlining the details of the proceedings.
These hearings will be presided over by a two-member bench led by JusticeAlia Neelum, and they are set to take place on the 10th and 11th ofOctober. The LHC has also requested substantial evidence from the involvedparties to support their respective cases.
The first of Khadija Shah’s bail petitions pertains to a case registeredwith the Gulberg Police Station, while the second petition is associatedwith a case initiated by the Sarwar Road Police Station. These legalproceedings in the Lahore High Court mark an important development inKhadija Shah’s legal situation, as she seeks bail in relation to the May 9vandalism cases filed against her.
