PMD issues weather warning for citizens of Karachi

KARACHI – Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued weatherwarning for the citizens of Karachi.

PMD on Sunday has predicted that Karachi will witness yet another hot daywith the temperature expected to hit a scorching high of 40 degrees Celsius.

The Met Office reported that the mercury will escalate further reaching avehement high of 40 degrees further intensifying the heatwaves that willprevail in the city for the next two days.

According to the weather department, the dry weather will remain unchangedin most parts of the country while rain-thunderstorm is expected atisolated places in Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.
