ISLAMABAD – Nawaz Sharif ordered McDonald’s burgers and soft drinks duringthe lunch break of the al-Azizia and Hill Metal references hearing at theaccountability court on Thursday.

The deposed premier asked for fast food, after which Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Tanveer ordered his domestic help tobring the food for his leader.

Sharif, along with PML-N leaders Javed Hashmi, Irfan Siddique,Mushahidullah and Tanveer, ate the food in an adjoining room of a judge inthe accountability court in Islamabad.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court judge had allowed the foodto be brought inside the premises of the judicial complex.
