RAWALPINDI – Counter Terrorism Department Punjab has foiled a terrorism bid in Rawalpindi after a successful operation.

Counter-terrorism Department (CTD) has busted a terror bid as a terrorist belonging to Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) was held in an operation at Kalyam Morr on Wednesday.

Reportedly, the personnel seized explosives and three detonators in his possession in the operation that was conducted on a tip-off.

According to the anti-terror department, the arrested terrorist was to execute an attack in Rawalpindi.
