KABUL – Reports indicate that an attack by the Taliban in Farah provincehas left more than a dozen Army soldiers dead but local officials have notcommented on the report so far.
Abdul Samad Salehi, member of Farah Provincial Council, said the fightingoccurred in Gulistan district in the Farah province in which 20 Armysoldiers were killed, TOLO News has reported.
Meanwhile, Farah police spokesman Mohibullah Mohib said that at least 50drugs processing centers belonged to the Taliban were destroyed inairstrikes in Bakwa district in the province.
