Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) Chief has warned that Imran Khan isconspiring to abrogate the Constitution and demanded that the Supreme Courtdischarge its prime duty of protecting the Constitution.
TLP Supreme Council Chairman Pir Zaheerul Hasan Shah warned that under aconspiracy, a plan has been hatched to impose presidential system inPakistan after revoking the Constitution.
Flanked by TLP Chief Hafiz Saad Rizvi who also chaired the meeting, Shahdemanded that the Supreme Court investigate the conspiracy to wrap up theConstitution and impose presidential system.

He said the TLP will never allow any conspiracy to wrap up the Constitutionwhich was evolved as a result of matchless sacrifices of religious leadersand people of Pakistan. He said the Constitution protects Islamic valueswhich guarantee religious, personal and political freedoms.
He vowed that the TLP will respond to any tampering with the Constitutionin the same way as it staged a sit-in at Faizabad against amending the oathof parliamentarians and election forms.
